Mongolia Business Visa Requirements

  1. Passport: 

An original passport with a validity of at least six months beyond the anticipated travel date and minimum 2 blank pages for visa stamping is required. A photocopy of the applicant’s passport will be required (first and last page). All of your old passports should be attached (if any)

  1. Mongolia Visa Application Form:  

Two visa application forms must be filled out and signed back to back.

  1. Photo requirements:  

two recent passport-size photographs with a matt or semi-matt quality, 60–80% facial coverage, light backdrop, and no border (Size: 35mm x 45mm). Additionally, two visitor cards should be provided.

 

Please note that the photograph must be less than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and not have been used in any previous visas.

  1. Cover letter:

Providing a detailed description of the visit’s purpose and duration. The letter should be addressed to the Mongolian Embassy in New Delhi’s Visa Officer.

 

  1. An Approval of Immigration:

An approval letter from Mongolia’s Immigration Department. To arrange for clearance, please contact your Inviter. Without authorization, we won’t be able to submit the application to the Embassy.

 

  1. Forwarding-Letter: 

A letter from the applicant on the company’s letterhead indicating his name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of stay, duly signed by an authorized signatory, and addressed to the Visa Officer, Mongolian Embassy, New Delhi.



  1. Invitation letter: 

An invitation letter from a Mongolian company should be faxed immediately to the Embassy through Mongolia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

 

  1. Financial: 

Foreign exchange endorsement, credit card copy, or bank statement for the previous six months.

 

  1. Air Ticket and Hotel Reservation: 

Confirmed Air Ticket and Hotel Reservation.
