Visa requirements for Business

  1. Passport: 

Original passport holders must have a passport that is valid for at least six months beyond their planned travel date and has at least two blank pages for visa stamping.

  1. A copy of any previous passports or visas that have been issued.
  2. Attach all of your prior passports.
  3. Philippines Visa Application Form: 

The applicant must complete and sign the visa application form.

 

  1. Photo requirements: 

Two current passport-size photographs with a white backdrop and no border (Size: 2′′’ x 2′′’)

 

  1. Covering-Letter: 

A covering letter from the application detailing the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and who will be responsible for the entire trip’s costs, including travel, lodging, and expenses. Addressed to: The Visa Officer, Philippine Embassy in Dhaka.

 

  1. Invitation Letter: 

A letter from the Philippines to the Philippine Embassy as well as the applicant (If Any)

  1. Forwarding-Letter: 
  2. On the applicant’s company letterhead, a forwarding letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority specifying the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of visit.
  3. A letter from the educational institution requesting a visa or a student card/proof of school enrolment (if student)

 

  1. Proof of Occupation: 

Certificate of Company Registration (original notarized English translated and photocopy of the original)

***Police clearance

  1. Financials: 
  2. Company or personal bank statement (original) for the previous six months, clearly stating the bank’s name and phone number. A Certificate of Bank Solvency is also necessary.
  3. One copy of a blank check
  4. Tax payment proof

Visa applications are only accepted from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.

From 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., available visas will be released.

At Gate No. 2, visa applications will be accepted. Only accredited agencies are allowed to send essential documentation to visa applicants. Accredited agencies will receive a payment receipt and instructions to wait for a call from the Embassy to determine whether an application is granted or not, as well as whether an interview date is required. At any time, no foreign nationals or walk-in applications are permitted to enter the premises.

 

Bangladeshi nationals with valid diplomatic or special passports are allowed to enter the Philippines without obtaining an entry visa and stay for thirty (30) days.
