Visa requirements for business

  1. Passport:

Original passport holders must have a passport that is valid for at least six months beyond their planned travel date and has at least two blank pages for visa stamping.

  1. a) A copy of any previous passports or visas that have been issued.
  2. b) Include all of your previous passports (if any).
  3. c) If a visa request is denied, the information of the original letter sent by the country’s authorities are preferable.
  4. Visa Application Form for Poland: 

The applicant must complete and sign the visa application form.

 

  1. Photo requirements: 

Two recent passport-sized photos with a matt or semi-matt quality, 60-80% facial coverage, white backdrop, and no border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)

Please note that the photograph must be less than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and not have been used in any previous visas.

 

  1. Covering-Letter: 

A covering letter from the application detailing the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and who will be responsible for the entire trip’s costs, including travel, lodging, and expenses. Addressed to: The Visa Officer, Polish Embassy in Dhaka.

  1. Letter of Invitation: 

(If Any)

 

  1. Forwarding-Letter: 
  2. a) On the applicant’s company letterhead, a forwarding letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority specifying the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of visit.
  3. b) A letter from the educational institution requesting a visa or a student card/proof of school enrollment (if student)

 

  1. Proof of Occupation: 
  2. a) If the applicant is a first-time traveler or a proprietor, a company registration certificate (original notarized English translation and original photocopy).
  3. b) Copies of the office ID card and visitor cards
  4. Financials: 
  5. a) Company or personal bank statement for the previous six months, clearly stating the bank’s name and phone number.
  6. b) Pay slip for the previous six months. (If applicable)

The applicant must schedule an appointment in advance to submit his application to the Embassy in New Delhi on his own. It is only valid for the Polish National “D” visa, which is a long-term visa that allows you to stay for more than 90 days and up to 365 days in Poland. Please note that the national visa permits for up to 90 days of stay in other Schengen countries for every 180 days. The national visa is frequently issued as a multiple-entry visa.
