- Tourist Visa Requirement
- Passport:
An original passport with minimum 6 months validity beyond the anticipated travel date and minimum 2 blank pages for visa stamping is required.
- A copy of any previous passports or visas that have been issued.
- Include all of your previous passports (if any).
- If a visa request is denied, the information of the original letter sent by the country’s authorities are preferred.
- Visa Application Form for Qatar:
The applicant must complete and sign the visa application form.
- Photo requirements:
two recent passport-size photos with a matt or semi-matt quality, 60-80% facial coverage, white backdrop, and no border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
Please note that the photograph must be less than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and not have been used in any previous visas.
- Covering-Letter:
A covering letter from the application detailing the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and who will be responsible for the entire trip’s costs, including travel, lodging, and expenses. Addressed to: The Visa Officer, Qatari Embassy in Dhaka.
- Letter of Invitation:

- Forwarding-Letter:
- On the applicant’s company letterhead, a forwarding letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority specifying the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of visit.
- A letter from the educational institution requesting a visa or a student card/proof of school enrolment (if student)
- Proof of Occupation:
- If the applicant is a first-time traveler or a proprietor, a company registration certificate (original notarized English translation and original photocopy).
- Copies of the office ID card and visitor cards.
- Financials:
- Company or personal bank statement for the previous six months, clearly stating the bank’s name and phone number.
- Pay stub for the previous six months. (If applicable)
- Make a reservation for a plane ticket and a hotel room.

The Qatari Embassy does not provide visas through their office. Bangladeshi nationals may apply for a tourist visa through the Hukoomi website, which has a list of permitted hotels. Alternatively, a tourist visa can be obtained through Qatar Airways.
