RETURNS
 
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in time.

To return any ticket, please put your return request thirty days before and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 
 
REFUNDS
 
After receiving your return request, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of the delivery date to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
 
EXCEPTIONS    
 
. If the flight or tour canceled you will get a partial return within 30 days.
