Visa requirements for business

1. Passport:

Original passport holders must have a passport that is valid for at least six months beyond their planned travel date and has at least two blank pages for visa stamping.

1. a) A copy of any previous passports or visas that have been issued.
2. b) Include all of your previous passports (if any).
3. c) If a visa request is denied, the information of the original letter sent by the country’s authorities are preferable.
4. Online Visa Application Form: 

Completed Online Visa Application Form (http://evisa.mae.ro/home).

3. Photographs: 
4. a) Four recent passport-sized photos,
5. b) Matte or semi-matte finish
6. c) Photographs must have a white background and no border.
7. d) facial covering of 60-80 percent (Size: 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm).

4. Covering-Letter: 

A letter from the applicant including their name, designation, passport number, purpose, and who will be liable for the entire cost of the trip, including travel, lodging, and expenses. The Visa Officer, Romanian Embassy, New Delhi, India, is the recipient of this letter. In the subject line, the visa category must be specified.

5. Invitation Letter: 

An invitation letter from the inviting organization, addressed to “Visa Consular, Embassy of The Republic of Romania, New Delhi India,” confirms the purpose and duration of the visit (Invitation letter should be depend purpose of visit).

Note: The invitation was approved by Romania’s Ministry of Internal Affairs’ Inspectorate General for Immigration. (Recommended).

6. Occupation Proof:

Forwarding-Letter: A letter from the office, such as a NOC/LOI letter on the organization’s letterhead pad, indicating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, duration of travel, sponsorship status, and other pertinent information. Addressing the “Visa Officer, Romanian Embassy in New Delhi, India.”

1. a) If you’re self-employed or a business owner, you’ll need a trade license, a certificate of incorporation, and a memorandum.

1. b) Copy of the office ID card/card Visitor’s (3 copies).
2. Financials: 

Original copy of bank statement (salary)/personal bank statement for the last six months, clearly stating the bank’s name, telephone number, and authorized bank seal and signature (e-statement is not acceptable).

Employer Company’s Bank Statement for the previous six months, clearly stating the bank’s name and telephone number (if the trip is sponsored by the employer).

8. Ticket: 

Confirmation of your ticket booking according to your travel date.

9. Hotel Reservation: 

Confirmation of your hotel reservation for the duration of your trip.

10. Health Insurance: 

To cover the costs of repatriation, urgent medical help, and/or urgent hospitalization – For single / double entry visa holders – for the duration of their stay in Romania.

For multiple entry visas, a filled-out statement covering the initial stay in Romania as well as a statement covering subsequent visits is required.

The smallest sum covered must be at least Euro 30,000.00.
