Visa requirements for Business
- Passport:
Original passport holders must have a passport that is valid for at least six months beyond their planned travel date and has at least two blank pages for visa stamping.
- A copy of any previous passports or visas that have been issued.
- Attach all of your prior passports.
- Visa Application Forms:
Two completed and signed visa application forms. It is possible to use a photocopy. To obtain a visa application, please go here.
- Photographs:
- a) three current passport-sized photos,
- c) Matte or semi-matte finish
- c) Photographs must have a white background and no border.
- d) facial covering of 60-80 percent (Size: 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm)
- Covering-Letter:
A letter from the applicant describing their name, designation, passport number, purpose, and who will be liable for the entire cost of the trip, including travel, lodging, and expenses. The Visa Officer, Rwanda High Commission, New Delhi should get the letter. In the subject line, the visa category must be specified.
- Invitation Letter:
A letter on the letterhead of the host or inviting firm in Rwanda stating the purpose of the visit and length of stay, as well as the signature’s name, designation, and seal.
- Occupation Proof:
A letter from the office, such as a NOC/LOI letter on the organization’s letterhead pad, indicating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, duration of visit, sponsorship status, and other information. The Visa Officer, Rwanda High Commission, New Delhi is who I’m writing to.
- a) You’ll need a trade license, a certificate of incorporation, or a memorandum if you’re self-employed or operate a firm.
- b) Copy of office ID card/card Visitor’s (3 copies)
- Financials:
- Original copy of bank statement (salary) and personal bank statement for the last six months, clearly stating the bank’s name, telephone number, and authorized bank seal and signature (e-statement is not acceptable).
- Employer Company’s Bank Statement for the previous six months, clearly stating the bank’s name and telephone number (if the trip is sponsored by the employer).
- Ticket:
Confirmation of your air ticket booking for your travel date.
- Hotel Reservation:
Confirmation of your hotel reservation for the duration of your trip.
- Medical:
Certificate for yellow fever.

Concerns about Rwanda Bangladeshi nationals who wish to travel for a short-term visit can apply for an e- visa, also known as an e-visa. The Rwanda e-visa is a conditional license granted by the federal Immigration authority to a foreigner to enter, remain in, or depart the country before the authorization’s validity expires.
The Rwanda e-visa allows an applicant to apply online with scanned copies of a limited number of papers, have the visa processed quickly, and receive the visa in the form of a PDF/Doc file through email. The immigration authority retains the final decision on whether or not to grant entry permission.
