Senegal Business Visa

1. Passport: An original passport that is valid for at least six months after the intended has at least two blank pages and the departure date for visa stamping.

Include copies of all previous passports.

3. Photograph:

1. 1. Photographs should have a matt or semi-matt finish, a white background, no border, and 60-80 percent face safeguards (Size: 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm).

4. Covering-Letter: Cover Letter from applicant including Name, Passport Number, Designation, Purpose, and outlining who will be liable for the entire expenses of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses, and so on. The letter should be addressed to – The Visa Officer, Republic of Senegal Embassy, New Delhi. The subject line must include the Visa Category.

5. Invitation Letter: An invitation letter from the host / inviting company in Senegal on its letterhead, stating the reason of the visit and the longevity of the stay, duly signed with signatory’s name, designation, and seal.

6. Proof of Occupation:

Forwarding-Letter: A letter from the office on the organization’s letterhead pad stating the applicant’s name, passport number, designation purpose, duration of visit, sponsorship status, and so on. The Visa Officer at the Republic of Senegal’s Embassy in New Delhi.

Trade license/incorporation certificate/memorandum (if self-employed/businessman)

Copy of an official ID card/Visiting card (3 copies)

. Documentation of Occupation:
Forwarding-Letter: A letter from the office on the organization’s letterhead pad stating the applicant’s name, passport number, designation, duration of visit purpose, sponsorship status, and so on. The Visa Officer and the Embassy of the Republic of Senegal are located in New Delhi.

7. Financials: Original copy of bank statement (salary)/personal bank statement for the last 6 months mentioning the bank’s name, telephone number, and authorized bank seal and signature (e-statement is not acceptable)

8. Ticket: Itinerary for your ticket based on your travel dates.

9. Hotel Reservation: Make a hotel reservation for the duration of your trip.

A yellow fever certificate is number ten on the list of medical requirements.
