- Tourist Visa Requirement
1. A valid passport (the passport must be valid for at least 90 days from the visas date.
2. Invitation letter:
a. For a private visit: An invitation letter certified by the Republic of Serbia’s relevant authority.
b. Invitation letter from a Serbian company for a business visit;
c. For a tourist trip: a travel agency’s proof of payment (voucher or another type of payment receipt);
3. Filled-out Visa Application Form
4. 3 photocopies (size 3.5cm x 4.5cm) with 60-80% face;
5. Itinerary or return ticket

7. Personal bank statement for the previous six months with sufficient funds Sufficient funds are defined as 50 Euros per day of stay, as demonstrated by the possession of sufficient cash, a bank statement, traveler’s cheques, credit cards, or a letter of guarantee.
8. Applicant’s Income Tax Return (ITR) Certificate for the previous three years
9. If the company is sponsoring, a bank statement for the last six months is required.

11. Salary slip or salary certificate for the last six months of the applicant’s employment.
12. A Personal Cover Letter from the Applicant mentioning the specific purpose of the visit, addressed to the Visa Officer, Embassy of Serbia, New Delhi, India
13. A Forwarding Letter / NOC on company letterhead from the applicant’s company authority stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of the visit.
14. If an underage child is traveling with one of their parents, the other parent must submit a relevant certified authorization; if the child is traveling with a third person, such approval is required from both parents or guardians.
15. It is recommended that you have health insurance for the duration of your stay in Serbia, with a deductible of at least 20,000 Euros.
