Singapore Business Visa

1. Travel document:

Please bring your original passport with a minimum of six-month validity after the intended departure date and get your previous passports. Bring a minimum of two blank pages for visa stamps.

a. Copies of previous passports and visas.

b. Include all of your previous passports (if any).

c. Two sets of photocopies of the applicant’s passport’s bio-data page (including address page).

3. Photo Specification:

Two recent passport-size photos with a matt or semi-matt finish, a white background, and no border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
Please remember that photographs should not be older than three months, scanned or stapled, and not be used in any previous visas way of earlier visas.

Covering Letter:
Covering letter from the applicant, including the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and outlining who will be responsible for the entire cost of the trip – travel, lodging, expenses, and so on. Addressed to: The Visa Officer, Singapore Embassy, Dhaka

5. Sending a Letter:

If you are employed, a visa request letter from your employer or a travel letter from your educational institution/student card/Visiting Card is required (1 Original & 1 photocopy).

7. National Identification Card:

All of the information on the passport and the NID must be the same. An affidavit is required in cases of dissimilarity.

8. Identification Card:

Color copy of a student card or a visitor card.

9. Financials:

Original Bank statement.

*For Social Visitors, any Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident, who is at least 21 years old, can act as a local contact.

*For Business Visitors, a Singapore registered company/organization can act as a local contact. The LOI must be signed by a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident, who is at least 21 years old, only.
