Slovakia Business Visa

1. Travel document:

Original passport having a minimum six-month validity after the anticipated departure date and at least two blank pages for visa stamping.

a. A copy of any previous passports or visas that have been issued.

b. Include all of your previous passports (if any).

c. If a visa request is denied, the information of the original letter sent by the country’s authorities is preferred.

2. Visa Application Form for Slovakia:

The applicant must complete and sign the visa application form.

3. Photo Information:

two recent passport photographs with a matte or glossy finish semi-matte texture, 60-80% facial coverage, white background, and no border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
Please note that the photograph must be less than three months old, scanned/stapled, and not used in previous visas.

4:Covering-Letter No.

Name, designation, passport number, purpose, and a statement describing who will be paying for the total trip’s cost, including travel, housing, and costs, etc. two recent passport photographs with a matte or glossy finish

Addressed to: The Visa Officer, Slovakian Embassy in Dhaka.

5. Letter of Invitation:

6. Letter forwarded:

a. A forwarding letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority, on the firm’s letterhead, detailing the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of the visit.

b. A letter from the educational institution requesting a visa or a student card/proof of school enrolment (if student)

7. Occupation Proof:

If the applicant is a first-time traveler or a sole proprietor, a. Company registration certificate (original notarized English translation and photocopy of the original).

b. Copies of the office ID card and visitor cards.

8. Accounts:

a. Company or personal bank statement over the previous six months, clearly stating the bank’s name and telephone number.

b. Paystub for the previous six months. (If applicable)

9. Hotel & Ticket Reservations:

Tickets and hotel arrangements are included in the itinerary.
