Switzerland Tourist Visa Requirements

1. Passport:

  1. a) Please bring your original passport with a minimum of six-month validity after the intended departure date and get your previous passports. Bring a minimum of two blank pages for visa stamps.

b). bring all Copies of previous passports and visas issued. If you any have.

c). if any old passport. Attach all your old passports. The applicants have to provide a photocopy of their passports with the first & last page.

  1. d) If a visa request is denied the original letter issued by the authorities of that country should be provided.

2. Switzerland Visa Application Form:

 

One visa application form is printed back to back, duly filled, and signed by the Applicant. .

3. Photo Specification:

 

  1. Two recent passport-size photographs, with matt or semi-matt.
  2. Photographs should be white background, without border,

3.60-80% faces white background, and without frame (Size: 35mm x 45mm). 

Note: recent photos should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and not be used in any previous visas.

4. Covering-Letter:

 

  • The cover letter form from an applicant included the applicants’ name, passport number, designation, the purpose for the trip. Also mentioned who will take responsibility for all costs such as trip cost accommodation and other expenses addressed to – – The Visa Officer, Embassy of Switzerland, Dhaka. Visa Category must be mentioned in the subject line. 

5. Invitation Letter:

(If Any)

 

6. Forwarding-Letter:

Letters from the Applicant, including the Applicant’s Name, Designation, Passport Number, purpose, travel, accommodation, expenses. The Applicant’s company authority Forwarding Letter / NOC from on the company’s letterhead stating the duration of the visit.

  1. b) A letter from the educational institute requesting a visa or a student card/proof of school enrollment (if student)

7. Proof of Occupation:

  1. a) first-time traveler or a proprietor while travel needed Company registration certificate must be original and notarized in English translated and photocopy of the original.
  2. b) Office ID card copy & Visiting cards.

8. Financials:

a. A company’s or personal bank statement for the last six months that clearly states the bank’s name and telephone number.

b. Salary slips for the previous six months (If applicable)

9. Hotel & Ticket Reservations:

Itinerary for tickets and hotel reservations.
