Thailand Business Visa

1. Travel document:

Please bring your original passport with a minimum of six-month validity after the intended departure date and get your previous passports. Bring a minimum of two blank pages for visa stamps.
b. Include all of your previous passports (if any).
c. If a visa request is denied, the original letter issued by the authorities of that country is preferred.

2. Application Form for a Visa to Thailand:

The applicant must fill out and sign a visa application form.

3. Photo Specification:

1. Two recent passport-size photographs, with matt or semi-matt.

2. Photographs should be white background, without border,

3.60-80% faces white background, and without frame (Size: 35mm x 45mm). 

Note: recent photos should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and not be used in any previous visas.

Covering Letter:

Covering letter from the applicant outlining the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and who will be liable for the entire expenses of the trip – travel, lodging, expenses, and so on.

Addressed to – The Visa Officer, Thai Embassy, Dhaka

5. Letter of Invitation:

(If applicable)

6. Letter of Recommendation:

a. A letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority on company letterhead stating the applicant’s name, passport number, designation, purpose, and longevity of the visit.

b. Letter of request for a visa from the educational institute or student card/proof of school enrollment (if student)

7. Occupation Proof:

If the applicant is a first-time traveler or a proprietor, they must provide a company registration certificate (original notarized English translation and photocopy of the original).

b. Copies of office ID cards and visiting cards

8. Financials:

a. A company’s or personal bank statement for the last six months that clearly states the bank’s name and telephone number. Original bank statements and bank solvency letters are required.

b. Salary slips for the previous six months (If applicable)

9. Hotel & Ticket Reservations:

Itinerary for purchasing tickets and making hotel reservations.
