Uganda Business Visa

1. Travel document:

Copy of the bio page and cover page of a passport with a validity period of at least six months.

Include all previous passport copies, as well as visa copies.

2. Form of Visa Application:

applicant must be completed an online visa application form

3. Photograph:

One recent passport-sized photo

Finished in matt or semi-matt,

Photographs should have a white background and no borders.

Face coverage of 60-80%, (Size: 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm).

4. Covering-Letter:

Cover Letter from applicant including Name, Passport Number, Designation Purpose, and outlining who will be liable for the entire expenses of the trip – travel, lodging, expenses, and so on. The letter should be addressed to – Uganda’s Director General of Immigration. subject line must include the Visa Category.

5. Letter of Invitation:

An invitation letter from the Uganda host / inviting company addressed to – The Director-General of Immigration, Uganda on letterhead, stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay, and duly signed with the signatory’s name and designation.

Copy of the invitee’s ID card (Recommended)

6. Proof of Occupation:

1. a) first-time traveler or a proprietor while travel needed Company registration certificate must be original and notarized in English translated and photocopy of the original.
2. b) Office ID card copy & Visiting cards.

7. Forwarding-Letter:

A letter from the office, such as a NOC/LOI letter on the organization’s letterhead pad, stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, the purpose of visit, duration of stay, sponsorship status, and so on It was addressed to Uganda’s Director General of Immigration.

Copy of a trade license/incorporation certificate/memorandum (if self-employed/businessman)

Copy of an official ID card/Visiting card

8. Finances:

Copy of bank statement (salary)/personal bank statement for the last six months mentioning the bank’s name, telephone number, and authorized bank seal and signature (e-statement is not acceptable)

Copy of the company’s bank statement for the last six months, clearly mentioning the bank’s name and telephone number. ((If the trip is paid for by the employer)

Itinerary for your tickets based on your travel dates.

Reservation of a Hotel:

Hotel reservations are based on your travel dates.

Medical: 11th.

The original Yellow Fever Certificate is required.

Important information: Before traveling to Uganda, all visitors must have a Yellow Fever Vaccination. We recommend that all documents be submitted in soft copy.
