Ukraine Business Visa

Passport:

1. a) Please bring your original passport with a minimum of six-month validity after the intended departure date and get your previous passports. Bring a minimum of two blank pages for visa stamps.

b). bring all Copies of previous passports and visas issued. If you any have.

c). if any old passport. Attach all your old passports. The applicants have to provide a photocopy of their passports with the first & last page.

1. d) If a visa request is denied the original letter issued by the authorities of that country should be provided.

Ukraine Visa Application Form:

A visa application form must be completed and signed by the Applicant.

Photographic Specifications:

Two recent passport-size photos with a matt or semi-matt finish, 60-80 percent face coverage, a white background, and no border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
Please keep in mind that photographs should not be older than three months, should be scanned/One visa application form is printed back to back, duly filled, and signed by the Applicant

3)Covering-Letter:

Invitation Letter:

An invitation letter from the organization or person in Afghanistan that you are visiting. (If applicable)

Forwarding-Letter:

a) A letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority on company letterhead stating the applicant’s name, passport number, designation purpose, and longevity of visit.
b) A visa request letter from the educational institute or a student card/proof of enrollment in school (if student)

Occupation Proof:

If the applicant is a first-time traveler or a proprietor, they must provide a company registration certificate (original notarized English translation and photocopy of the original).
b) Copies of the office ID card and visiting cards

Financials:

a) Company or personal bank statement for the last six months mentioning the bank’s name and telephone number. b) Salary slip for the previous six months (If applicable)

Reservations for tickets and hotels:

Itinerary for tickets and hotel reservations.
