Visa Requirements for Tourist

1. Passport:

An original passport with minimum 6 months validity beyond the anticipated travel date and at least two blank pages for visa stamping is required.

1. A copy of any previous passports or visas that have been issued.
2. Include all of your previous passports (if any).
3. If a visa request is denied, the information of the original letter sent by the country’s authorities is preferred.
4. Visa Application Form for the United Arab Emirates:

The applicant must complete and sign the visa application form.

3. Photo requirements:

Two recent passport-sized photos with a matt or semi-matt quality, 60-80% facial coverage, white backdrop, and no border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)

Please note: The photograph must be less than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and not have been used in any previous visas.

4. Covering-Letter:

A covering letter from the application detailing the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and who will be responsible for the entire trip’s costs, including travel, lodging, and expenses. Addressed to: The Visa Officer, United Arab Emirates Embassy in Dhaka.

5. Letter of Invitation:

6. Forwarding-Letter:
7. On the applicant’s company letterhead, a forwarding letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority specifying the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of visit.

1. A letter from the educational institution requesting a visa or a student card/proof of school enrolment (if student)

8. If the applicant is a first-time traveler or a proprietor, a company registration certificate (original notarized English translation and original photocopy).

1. Copies of the office ID card and visitor cards.

9. Company or personal bank statement for the previous six months, clearly stating the bank’s name and phone number.

9. Make a reservation for a plane ticket and a hotel room.
