United Kingdom Business Visa

1. Passport: a) Please bring your original passport with at least six months validity after your intended departure date, as well as your previous passports. Bring at least two blank pages for visa stamps.

b) Bring all previous passports and visas issued. If you have any.

c) If you have an old passport. Attach all of your previous passports. Applicants must submit a photocopy of their passports, including the first and last pages.

d) If a visa request is denied, the original letter issued by that country’s authorities must be provided.

2. United Kingdom Visa Application Form:

A single visa application form is printed back to back, completely filled out, and signed by the Applicant..

3. Photo Specification:

1. 1. 1. Two recent passport-size photographs, with matt or semi-matt.

      3.60-80% faces white background, and without frame (Size: 35mm x 45mm). 

      Note: recent photos should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and not be used in any previous visas

4. Covering-Letter:

The cover letter form from an applicant included the applicants’ name, passport number, designation, the purpose for the trip. Also mentioned who will take responsibility for all costs such as trip cost accommodation and other expenses addressed to –The Visa Officer, Embassy of United kingdom, Dhaka. Visa Category must be mentioned in the subject line. 

5. Invitation Letter:

6. Forwarding-Letter:

a. A letter / NOC on company letterhead from the applicant’s company authority stating the applicant’s name, passport number, designation, purpose, and duration of visit.

b. Letter from the educational institute requesting a visa or student card/proof of school enrollment (if student)

7. Occupation Verification:

If the applicant is a first-time traveler or a sole proprietor, they must provide a certificate of company registration (original notarized English translation and photocopy of the original).

b. Photocopies of office ID cards and visitor badges

8. Financials:

a. A six-month company or personal bank statement that clearly states the bank’s name and phone number.

b. Pay stubs for the last six months (If applicable)

9. Reservations for hotels and tickets:
Itinerary for purchasing tickets and making hotel reservations.
